All products except personalised items (non returnable) come with a 14 day returns guarantee. This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new and excludes any postal costs incurred, which are your responsibility if the correct item has been delivered in good condition. For Christmas purchases our returns period is extended to Mid January for your peace of mind.
