Returns Policy
You may return any item(s) within 14 days of purchase (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period to mid January). It is essential please the item(s) are returned in their original condition for a full refund to be issued. To return an item(s) please ensure that a completed goods returns slip is enclosed. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to be processed (typically this takes only 2-3 working days).

Please note: For your protection worldcricketstore recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any goods, lost or damaged in transit. If you require an exchange our returns department will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details on the goods returns slip with your return code. Alternately, phone our customer service line on 0800 030 2440 and we will be happy to process your replacement item(s).
Defective Items:
If any item(s) are defective, customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the item(s) and the goods return slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. worldcricketstore will refund you the reasonable cost of returning the defective item if you include a receipt. Please note the following exceptions to this policy: Videos, PC and Playstation games and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty.
Personalised Items ... items that have been customised e.g. shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty and then only on a like for like basis - i.e. the same size/colour/model as originally ordered. All return and re-shipping charges are the customer’s liability - see note below for exceptions.
We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product or we have dispatched the wrong item.
