Our Availability Policy
We do not knowingly offer any item online that is not available. That said and as in any business, things can go wrong from time to time and in that event we will always keep you informed if we hit any problems with your order.
You will not find every product in the universe here like one or two of our competitors claim to offer, but rather our cricket specialist buyers select a range and we then physically carry it in stock. This means that you know exactly where they stand when ordering from us and generally receive a much speedier service because of it. If there is something you are unable to find please call us on 0800 030 2440 or e-mail us to let us have a daytime contact tel number we will happily assist and obtain the item for you direct from the manufacturer. That way you know exactly where you stand with us.
Regarding the phrases we use on our product ordering pages - here's a quick explanation.
In Stock - means that the product is available for dispatch within our normal prompt dispatch time (24-48 hours)
Ex Factory - means that the product is available, but held in stock / made to order by our supplier. Please allow 7-10 working days for dispatch with these items unless specified otherwise on the specific product ordering page.
Pre Order / Delivery From - means that new product in on its way to us and expected to be available for dispatch from the date advised on the product page. If an item is showing a pre-order and delivery from date that has passed this means that it is now available within our normal dispatch lead time. If urgent and pre order date is only just passed please check availability with us, to help avoid and delay disappointment.
NB ... if you place an order containing current and Pre-order / Ex Factory items we will hold your order until all is in and ready for dispatch. If you require a split delivery please e-mail us to request this and we will get back to you with any additional shipping costs that may apply before shipping.
